Our expertise in sustainability and access to global markets provide our clients with a broad range of opportunities to raise capital for their funds or businesses, which we accompany with the highest level of service.

The Group maintains close relationships with investors eager to expand their ESG portfolios. Our global network includes institutional investors (pension funds, insurance companies, sovereign wealth funds, endowments), SFOs and MFOs, corporate investors, private equity funds, funds of funds, and development financial institutions. 

We connect our clients with the capital they need to finance their (responsible and/or sustainable) funds and companies, unlocking barriers to investment through ESG or impact lenses. We also work with our clients to develop and scale new investment vehicles and products that are aligned with their highest expectations.

Our financial advisory team is located in Europe, Latin America and the Middle East.

We work very closely with our clients, systematically assessing their funding needs and jointly designing tailor-made and global strategies targeting a specific group of investors. We advise on fund positioning, marketing, and introducing clients to our vast network of limited partners interested in generating financial returns in alignment with ESG factors.

Ala Qumsieh

Head, MENA Financial Advisory

Ala Qumsieh is a seasoned investment and finance executive with over 21 years of corporate and investment banking experience. He has been extensively involved in capital raises (both equity and debt) for corporates and institutional investors and has covered some of the largest sovereign wealth funds and family offices in the GCC region.

He is the former CEO of Capital Bank Group (a publicly listed bank with operations in Jordan, UAE, and Iraq) and former Chief Executive of Citibank in Qatar, as well as Country Business Head for Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Bahrain.

Founder and CEO of Founders & Company, an Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM)-based entity advising high-growth tech-enabled companies on capital raising activities.

Member of the internationally-renowned Young Presidents Organization (YPO).

He has received an MBA degree in Strategic Management from Aston University, UK, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Yarmouk University in Jordan.
